Product Description

Stone plastic composite (SPC) flooring is a new type of environmental protection flooring developed based on high technology, with zero formaldehyde, mold, moisture, fire, and easy installation, etc. This is a rigid core flooring.

SPC flooring uses a more environmentally friendly formula that does not contain heavy metals, phthalates, methanol and other harmful substances, and conforms to EN14372, EN649-2011, IEC62321, GB4085-83 standards. SPC flooring surpasses other flooring with its outstanding stability and durability. It will neither be deformed by moisture and mold like solid wood flooring, nor have formaldehyde problems like laminate flooring.

Structure of SPC Rigid Core Flooring

SPC flooring is made by an extruder combined with a T-shaped die to extrude PVC substrate, and a three-roller or four-roller calendar to put PVC wear layer, PVC color film and PVC substrate, respectively. One-time heating lamination, embossed products, the process is simple, lamination by heat to complete, no glue.

Bergano has five available thicknesses, of which 3.5 mm, 4.0 mm, 5.0 mm, 6.0 mm are regular sizes and 4.2 mm is a specific size. If you need other thicknesses, you need to negotiate with us.
